Chapter Her Story
Theta Mu Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated was chartered on September 26, 1997 during the Northeastern Regional Conference in Raleigh, NC at St. Augustine University by five Sorors. Those Sorors are Lisa Brinson Allen, Emily Denise Bazemore, Evelyn Sanders, Sonjia Samuels, and Tangee Smoot Williams. Theta Mu Sigma is an alumni chapter of Kernersville, NC, but the service this chapter provides is based any where in Forsyth County. In 2022 this chapter established a Rhoer affiliate club for young girls ages 12-18 years old.
